Our orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
About how long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US holidays. All orders are shipped by USPS.
If you order more than one item and one or more of your items are backordered, your in-stock item(s) will be shipped per our normal processing time. Your backordered item(s) will be shipped separately at no additional charge when they become available.
What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we guarantee the quality of all our rings. If any item in your order does not meet our high quality of standards, we will be happy to replace the defective item or refund your purchase price within 30 days of your order.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Call us at 1-866-265-9286 (Press 4) for I Love Ringz. Merchandise that is damaged scratched or show visible wear will not be eligible for a return/exchange.

At I Love Ringz, we stand behind our products, our service and you, our customer. If, for any reason, you or are not happy with your purchase or your gift recipient is not fully satisfied with your gift, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will exchange it or issue a gift certificate or refund.

What happens once I place an order online?
We will send you an order confirmation by e-mail letting you know that your order has been received. We will let you know if an item is out-of-stock or on back-order.
Will I receive confirmation once my order is shipped?
We will send you an e-mail message confirming that your order has been shipped.

Do you offer Wholesale Prices to retailers?
Yes we do! Our wholesale rates are available to other retail stores, online stores, or sales through home parties and fundraising. Please "Contact Us" to send us an inquiry via email. Please include your Company Name, Contact Name, Address, Phone Number and Tax ID#, and let us know what items you are interested in. We will reply with wholesale information promptly. Wholesale Minimum Order is $100.00.
When will an item marked "OUT OF STOCK" be back in stock?
Usually within a few weeks. Email us and tell us what you would like and we will email you when it arrives.
What is your Return/Exchange Policy for Wholesale Orders?
We do not offer returns or exchanges on wholesale orders. However, we will gladly exchange any product for replacement within 15 days of the shipment date, if it was damaged in shipping. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All exchanges for damaged merchandise must be accompanied by the packing slip. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Your packing slip will indicate where you need to send your return.
